Buckwheat, red quinoa, chia seeds, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soybean, lupin.

Store closed in a cool dry place, away from heat and light sources. As it is, it doesn't need refrigeration: take it with you to enjoy it wherever you like!

After opening, in case there's anything left, close tightly and refrigerate, consuming it withing 2 days.

CUCINA DETTO FATTO

Three ingredients, three simple and quick ways to prepare them:

  • As you find it: all you need to do is open the package and pour it into your bowl, fluffing it with a fork. Cold salad is served!
  • In the microwave: cut the top 3 cm of the package and place it directly in the microwave for just 2 minutes. Just like that, your dish is ready!
  • In a pan: pour the contents of the pouch and heat for 4 minutes, adding 2 tablespoons of water and stirring occasionally.

All the goodness of nature (quickly) on your table. Season it at will, from adding just some good extra virgin olive oil to the fresh ingredients you prefer!
