INGREDIENTS

Puffed spelt, sugar, honey, sunflower seed, glucose-fructose syrup - all 100% Italian.
We use exclusively Emmer Farro, a local variety of Spelt of high quality, grown and harvested in Umbria region in central Italy. 
May contain traces of sesame seeds and soy.
