Corn Cous Cous is a source of fiber. In the daily diet it can be consumed for lunch and / or dinner, always remembering to include it in a varied and balanced diet, maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Place cous cous in a bowl and cover with boiling water equal to its volume (100ml per 100g of product). Cover with a cloth and let stand 5 minutes.
