Selezione Oro

Only the most characteristic products of our lands become part of the Selezione Oro ("Golden Selection"), seasonal products and in limited quantities such as the Umbrian and the Spelt of Monteleone di Spoleto PDO. The lentil of the Colfiorito Plateau gains the place of honour: cultivated exclusively in our territory and subject to a carefully controlled supply chain, the expression of our roots that has taught us to always and only demand excellence.
